How can I check on my orders?
You can track the status of your order via your "Account" page.

To access your "Account" page, log in to and click on "Account" in the top right corner of the screen. This will provide you with a summary of your orders. You can view the details of each order by clicking on the blue "View Order" button to the right of each order.


When viewing your order status, you will be able to see which items have already shipped and which are in process..

How do I access videos and presentations I have purchased?
Log in to your account, click on “Account” in the top right hand corner of the screen, and click on the red key to the right of your order to access your presentations.


You will also receive an email with instructions on how to access your content.

Can I return items bought from
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us directly at All requests must include name of purchaser, order number, and item description.

My Organization is tax exempt. How do I handle this?
Please select your items, add them to the cart, and fill out your information completely. When asked to select your payment method, please fill out the information, but do not submit it. Instead, please print out the page and fax it, along with your tax exemption certificate to 717-606-1991. We will notify you via email when your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

What are my shipping options?
All shipments go through UPS ground shipping. Deliveries typically take one to five days once the items are shipped.

How do I change my email or password?
You may change your email or password in your “Account” page. To do this log in to and click on “Account” in the top right corner of the screen. At the bottom of the new page, click on the link for “Update Email Address or Password” and complete the necessary fields.

What if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username and password, click on the “Log In” link in the top right corner of the screen. Under the log in fields for Returning Customers, click on the link “Forgot User Name or Password?” This will bring up a new screen. Enter your registered email address where requested and click next. An email will be sent to you providing your username and instructions to reset your password.

What if I am locked out of my account?
If you try to log in and use the wrong username and password three times, the website will lock you out of your account for 10 minutes. Once you have accessed your correct user name and password (see above), and the 10 minutes have passed, you may click on the “Log In” link in the top right-hand corner of the screen and log in with your correct username and password.
